Board Change

William Sinclair, one of the UK's leading suppliers of growing media, confirms that Bernard Burns has stepped down from the board of the Company with effect from 31 March 2013. Mr Burns' decision to retire from full time employment was first announced on 2 October last year.

Commenting on this, Bill Simpson said "We are most grateful for Bernard's contribution during his time at William Sinclair. During his tenure as CEO the Company has developed a clear strategy and a much stronger base on which to grow the business. He leaves the Board with our very best wishes for the future."
