Updated results of the Tender Offer

Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms and expressions have the same meaning as those attributed to them in the circular sent to shareholders of the company on 21 June 2018 (the "Circular").

Further to the announcements on 18 July 2018 and 1 August 2018, the Company announces that a further 5,000 Shares were validly tendered today by Qualifying Shareholders under the terms of the Tender Offer at the Tender Price of 590 pence per Share (the "Further Tender").

This makes a total of 324,027 Shares and represents approximately 96.49 per cent of the Shares in respect of which the Tender Offer was made. All tenders have been accepted in full. Payment for the Further Tender will be made in due course.

Following the purchase and cancellation of the Tendered Shares, the total number of shares in issue will be 1,247,671 and the total number of voting rights will be 1,244,182.

The Tender Offer is being made by Stockdale Securities as principal on the basis that all Shares that it buys under the Tender Offer will subsequently be repurchased from it by the Company pursuant to the terms of the Repurchase Agreement and then cancelled.
