    Straight plc, the recycling products and services group, today announces the purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each by Colin
Glass, a Non-executive Director of the Company. The average price paid for each share was 18.8 pence. Following his purchase, Colin now owns
72,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

    In addition to the shares purchased by Colin, Melvyn Winburn, a partner at Winburn Glass Norfolk, Chartered Accountants, of which Colin
is also a partner, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. Melvyn paid 18.8p per share.
