Straight Plc (AIM: STT), the recycling products and services group, announces 
that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year 
ended 31 December 2008 together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. 
 
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on Monday, 1 June 2009 at the 
Group's offices at No 1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, LS1 4BN.
