Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Nigel Rogers, Executive
Chairman, today:
(i) acquired 750,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the
Company ("Shares") within his ISA, at a price of 2.95p per share;
and
(ii) sold 416,830 Shares at a price of 2.95p per share.
Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Nigel
Rogers in the Company is 6,610,000
Shares, representing approximately 0.84% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
