Share buy-back

The Company announces that it has today bought back 256,865 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 1.07% of the Ordinary capital in issue, at a price of 156.50 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back today will be cancelled.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
