DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has today resolved to pay a special dividend of GBP2,786,317 equal to 28p per share to A Ordinary Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 28 February 2020 to those A Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 February 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 13 February 2020.
