Board Change



At a Board Meeting held on 25 March 2003, Graeme MacLennan announced his
intention to retire as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 May 2003.
He indicated that he intends to spend more time in Australia from the middle of
this year and would not, therefore, be in a position to fulfill his
responsibilities as a Director.



Graeme has been Chairman of the Investment sub-Committee since the Company's
inception and his contribution to the Company has been immense. The Board wishes
to pay tribute to this very substantial contribution and to thank him for his
leadership, knowledge and wisdom. The Chairman also thanks him for his constant
support and advice to him personally.
