Net Asset Value at 16 April 2010
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the AIM-quoted investment
company that seeks promising investments in small and medium enterprises located
in Greater China, today reports that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 16 April
2010 was US$180.97 million (9 April 2010: US$179.99 million).
As at 16 April 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue
(the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share
of US$2.734 as at that date (9 April 2010: US$2.719).
The Company also announces that its review for the quarter ending 31 March 2010
is now available on its website at http://www.vocfund.com/category/fund-updates.
