VOCALIS GROUP PLC ("Vocalis" or "the Company")

Vocalis received notification today that as a result of recent share purchases
FMR  Corp, parent holding company for various direct and indirect subsidiaries
including  Fidelity  Investment Services Limited ("FISL"),  and  Mr  Edward  C
Johnson  3rd  (principal  shareholder of FMR Corp and  Fidelity  International
Limited  ("FIL")), collectively have an interest in 4,367,055 ordinary Vocalis
shares, representing 10.0 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.  These shares are registered as follows:
