    Xploite plc received notification on 9 September 2008 that Mr Richard A M Ramsay, a Non Executive Director of the Company, purchased
70,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 42.5 pence per share. 

    Following the above transaction, Mr Ramsay holds 70,000 Ordinary Shares representing  0.18 per cent. of the issued share capital.
