YCO Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 15 March 2010 that Mr Charles 
Smith, the finance director of the Company purchased on 15th March 2010, 200,000 
ordinary shares at a price of 11 pence per share. Following this maiden purchase 
of shares in the Company, Mr. Smith holds 200,000 shares in the Company 
representing 0.42% of the issued share capital.
