Aligned with the SBTi Corporate Net Zero Standard and as part of the Business Ambition for 1.5°C, BMC is committed to achieving net-zero value chain emissions by 2030, underscoring our dedication to a sustainable future.
  • Gender equality: BMC continues to collaborate with United Nations (UN) Women and HeForShe to promote the importance of male allyship in advancing gender equity, especially within the tech ecosystem. We are proud to have been accepted as a signatory to the UN Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), which offer guidance to businesses on advancing gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community.
  • Pay equity: BMC was once again honored with certification by Fair Pay Workplace (FPW) for its steadfast efforts to implement sustainable fair pay practices for employees globally. This certification reflects our continuous collaboration with FPW to thoroughly review and independently validate our strategies for ensuring equitable compensation across gender, race, and other demographics.
