The Pacholder High Yield Fund, Inc. (NYSE MKT: PHF) declared a regular monthly distribution of $0.0500 per common share for the month ending May 31, 2016. The distribution will be payable on May 31, 2016 to shareholders of record on May 26, 2016. The ex-date for the dividend is May 24, 2016.

The distribution is expected to be paid from net investment income (regular interest).
