Craneware PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased (through Peel Hunt LLP acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its shares of 1p each on the London Stock Exchange.

The Company will hold the repurchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company will have 35,285,982 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 256,187 Ordinary Shares in treasury with no voting rights attached. This figure 35,285,982 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
