Russian Ruble Jumps To 15-day High Against US Dollar

Against the US dollar, the Russian ruble climbed to a 15-day
high of 31.0075 at 2:50 am ET Tuesday. The next upside target level
for the Russian currency is seen around 30.82. The dollar-ruble
pair that closed Monday's New York deals at 31.1770 is presently
trading at 31.08.
