Bruker BioSciences Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR) today said that it is surprised to see that Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) issued a press release on March 8, 2006 with the title "Waters Corporation and Bruker BioSciences Announce Collaboration". That press release has been neither approved nor authorized by Bruker BioSciences, and Bruker BioSciences has in fact not made such an announcement. Bruker BioSciences believes that this is a case of a simple error.
