Glu Mobile and Sony Pictures Television International Announce Strategic Agreement for Mobile Games Distribution

Glu Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq:GLUU), a leading global publisher of mobile
games, today announced a strategic distribution agreement with Sony
Pictures Television International (SPTI). The agreement allows Glu
to distribute a number of existing and new mobile games on behalf
of SPTI in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Canada,
Australia and New Zealand. Commenting on the agreement, Mike Wald,
senior vice president, pay television and new media distribution,

production of SPTI�s slate of mobile games in line with signature
