a developer, manufacturer and marketer of nickel-metal hydride
(Ni-MH) and lithium rechargeable batteries and battery solutions,
today announced that it will release financial results for the
fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, on
Thursday, March 21, 2013. The Company will host a conference call
