Today, Take-Two Interactive Software and Zynga each held a special meeting of their respective shareholders to vote on
the exciting combination that we announced in January. Im pleased to report that shareholders of both companies voted in favor of the transaction. This is a major milestone in the merger process, and we are now on track to complete the
transaction on May 23, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions.
