PAY-VERSUS-PERFORMANCE DISCLOSURE The Compensation Committee approves and administers our executive compensation program, which it designs to attract, incentivize, reward, and retain our executive officers. Our program aligns executive pay with stockholder interests and links pay to performance through a blend of short-term and long-term performance measures.
