Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE:DOC) (the “Company”) announced
today that the Company’s Board of Trustees has authorized and the
Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common
share for the quarter ending September 30, 2016.

paid by Physicians Realty Trust from the cash flows produced by our
large stable portfolio of medical office facilities with industry
leading occupancy. We believe our Medical Office facilities,
operating team, and strong balance sheet position us to continue to

The dividend will be payable on October 18, 2016, to common
shareholders and unit holders of record on October 6, 2016.
