Deutsche Bank Teams Up With Oracle to Speed Up Digital Plans

Deutsche Bank AG said Thursday that is partnering with Oracle
Corp. to modernize its database technology and move faster on its
digital transformation plans.
Under the multi-year agreement, the bank will upgrade its
existing database systems and migrate the bulk of its Oracle
Database estate to Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer.
The parties will also launch an innovation partnership, with
engineering and technology teams from the two companies working
together on potential uses of data security technologies,
blockchain, artificial intelligence and analytics in the design of
new financial products and services.
