Inwit (INW.MI) has secured funding of up to 2.5 billion euros ($2.83 billion) from a group of banks to help it merge its towers with those of Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN), Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter. "Telecom Italia Secures Funding for Mobile Tower Merger -Reuters," at 1340 GMT, misstated which company the banks would lend to in the first paragraph. It was Inwit, not Telecom Italia.
