circular dated April 8, 2024 were elected as directors of the
Company at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on
May 23, 2024.
Each of the three (3) nominees proposed as class A directors
were elected by a majority of the votes cast by the holders of
class A subordinate voting shares of the Company and the
