Seaview Energy Inc. ("Seaview" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CVU.A) (TSX
VENTURE:CVU.B) announces that Mr. Paul Colborne has resigned from the board of
directors of Seaview effective today in order to focus on his other business
ventures.


Mr. Colborne has been a director of Seaview since the Company's inception in
October 2007, serving as the Chairman of the Board and as a member of Seaview's
compensation committee. Mr. Colborne's dedication and service to Seaview have
been considerable and material to the early success of Seaview.
