GKX Gemini Corp. (delisted)

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) is expanding its service offering in
response to changes that are continuing to evolve in the oil and gas market.
These market dynamics are creating an opportunity for the Corporation to exploit
its fabrication, assembly, and staging capabilities as an in-market service
provider to handle out-of-market supply. This initiative is expected to enhance
Gemini's integrated service offering by enabling it to manage supply chain
bottlenecks and improve cost efficiency for clients.


To effectively realize these opportunities, Gemini has entered into a long-term
lease for land surrounding its fabrication facility in Ponoka, Alberta, thus
increasing its total footprint to 47 acres. This positions Gemini similar in
scale to its larger competitors and enables the Corporation to pursue more
significant fabrication and assembly scopes of work. In addition, recent
investments in automation equipment and on-site painting facilities, position
Gemini well to achieve future growth objectives.
