to announce that Mr. M. Keith
Harradence has been appointed as a director to Hyduke's
Board effective July 24, 2019.
Mr. Harradence has been the principal of Planeta Earth Sciences
Inc. since 2008, investing in and providing advisory services to a
variety of companies. Mr. Harradence is also an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence at TerraNova Partners LP. He has
been working with Terra Nova since
2009 investing in and operating strategic investments. He has
been a director of a number of private companies and was formerly
President and Chief Executive Officer of NexCycle Inc., a leader in
the glass and plastics recycling industry, and formerly the
Director of Corporate Development for AGRA Industries Limited, an
engineering and construction company. Over his career, he has
held senior management positions with numerous established and
start-up companies. Mr. Harradence is a graduate of the
University of Saskatchewan (BSc.) and
Neuchâtel Junior College
(Switzerland).
