IGP Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd

Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd. (TSXV: IGP) (the “Company”) announces that it has granted to directors and officers of the Company stock options (the “Options”) exercisable to acquire up to a total of 326,000 common shares of the Company in accordance with the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Each Option is exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.26 per share. The Options vested on grant and will expire on June 30, 2023.

Following this grant of stock options, the Company has a total of 508,000 stock options outstanding. This stock option grant is subject to the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company’s Stock Option Plan.
