Marketwired
NEW YORK, NY announced today that 4Q
(http://4q.iperceptions.com/), its free, permission-based survey
solution developed with well-known web analytics blogger Avinash
Kaushik, is going global with support for 16 languages. Companies
of all sizes can now use 4Q to reach out to web site visitors in
any part of the world, capture their feedback and use their
insights to improve the online customer experience. The
enhancements come less than five months after the launch of 4Q, and
already thousands of companies are using the survey solution to
listen directly to their website visitors and understand what it
takes to give them the best possible online experience.
"I am gratified with the response to the 4Q survey and thrilled
with the many success stories about the actionable insights that
have helped improve sites big and small," said Mr. Kaushik. "There
has also been a tremendous response from our peers in the
international community, and now with their support, in true open
source fashion, we are thrilled to launch 4Q in 16 languages around
the world!"
The 4Q website is now available in English, Spanish, Canadian
French and European French, and the survey is now available in
English, Canadian French, Latin American Spanish, European Spanish,
Portuguese, European French, German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish,
Norwegian, Italian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese,
Japanese and Korean.
In addition to the new multi-language capability, 4Q now
features multiple tool enhancements, including the ability to
create multiple surveys within one account as well as edit the
question selections for existing, live surveys.
"We are excited at the opportunity to take 4Q to the worldwide
market," said Jonathan Levitt, VP Marketing at iPerceptions. "We've
been amazed at the traction we've seen to date and expect further
adoption as companies from all over the globe are able to get
inside the hearts and minds of their site visitors to answer the
'why' behind consumer behavior online."
About 4Q
Launched in March 2008, 4Q helps companies understand why and
how people interact with their websites by asking the 4 most
important survey questions:
-- How satisfied are my visitors?
-- What are my visitors at my website to do?
-- Are they completing what they set out to do?
-- If not, why not?
4Q requires a single line of code and can be installed in
minutes on any website. All surveys are permission-based and employ
a two-stage invitation process that minimize session interruptions.
A real-time results dashboard is available 24/7 through a secure
online reporting tool to help 4Q users use their findings to make
website changes that convert, retain and engage more visitors. For
