Long Harbour Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:LHC) reports that, subject to
receipt of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the size of the private placement
announced in the company's news release of June 9, 2009 has been increased to
gross proceeds of $140,000 by the issuance of 2,800,000 units.
