QuStream Corporation ("QuStream" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:QVC), an
innovative global provider of high-definition (HD) broadcast and Pro A-V
solutions, today announced that, subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory
approvals, it has granted an aggregate of 820,000 options to the Directors and
Officers of the Company. The options have a strike price of $0.08 per share and
vest in equal quarterly installments over 3 years. Unexercised options expire 4
years after the date of grant.
