Allianz SE (ALV.XE) said Wednesday that it will soon complete the acquisition of Euler Hermes Group SA (ELE.FR), through a squeeze-out procedure to buy out the remaining minority shareholders.

The squeeze-out and subsequent delisting will be implemented on April 27, Allianz said.

The German insurer currently holds 94.91% of Euler Hermes, following a simplified tender offer running from April 9 to April 20, it said.
