EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 2 on Form 8-K/A amends Exhibit 99.2 to Autris’ Amendment No. 1 to Form 8-K/A as filed on December 24, 2014 to include amended NitroHeat’s unaudited pro forma financial information related to Autris’ acquisition of NitroHeat LLC (“
NitroHeat
”).
