Mr. Marino Kulas, Chairman and CEO, commented that, “We are extremely pleased to welcome Anthony to the Board. His background in leading a highly successful corporate group specializing in the development, production and commercialization of innovative products makes him an ideal choice as a Conforce Board member. In considering candidates for our fourth board seat we looked beyond the requirement for Board independence and found in Anthony an incredibly successful entrepreneur with a wealth of relevant executive management experience. We are confident that he will make important contributions to the Company during this key stage of our development and look forward to benefiting from his wise counsel.”
