--Iberdrola and Norway's sovereign wealth fund Norges are increasing the size of the renewable portfolio under their partnership by one gigawatt, Cinco Dias reports, without specifying its sources.

--The new assets would be valued at around 1 billion euros ($1.07 billion) and the total assets under the alliance at EUR2.2 billion, according to the Spanish newspaper.

--The Spanish energy company said in May that it had finalized the details to co-invest in a 1.265-gigawatts portfolio of new renewable capacity in Spain with Norges Bank Investment Management, and was working to include an additional 500 megawatts of assets to the shared portfolio.
