Global power systems company Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC (RR.LN) Monday said it has won a share of an order from Gulf Air for V2500 SelectTwo engines to power six Airbus A321 aircraft.

MAIN FACTS:

-Order is worth over $60 million to Rolls-Royce.

-V2500 is produced by the International Aero Engines consortium, or IAE, in which Rolls-Royce is a senior shareholder; IAE's other partners are Pratt & Whitney, the Japanese Aero Engines Corporation and MTU Aero Engines.

-Shares at 1403 GMT down 3 pence or 0.50% at GBP5.96.
