NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Sun West Bottlers to begin the initial production of NutriPure's Nu2O bottled water products. This strategic alliance is independent of the offer NutriPure made last week to acquire all of Sun West's business assets, which remains under review by Sun West management, and is also separate from and in addition to the continued due diligence that NutriPure is conducting regarding another potential bottling plant acquisition on the East Coast.

NutriPure will immediately begin designing and installing its specialized equipment for the Nu2O bottled water line, some of which is already at the Sun West facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
