Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall
have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation
to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded
securities programme dated 16 May 2022 (the "Base Prospectus").
Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc to the holders of
the Relevant Series that with effect from 13 September 2022 the
Relevant Series will be cross listed on Deutsche Börse Xetra, the
regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
