Resignation of executive directors

The Housing Finance Corporation Limited ("THFC") announces the resignation of two executive board members.

David Stokes, Credit and Risk Director, has resigned as a director of THFC (and its subsidiaries) and will be retiring from THFC at the end of September 2024. In addition, Julie Coetzee, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has also resigned as a director of THFC (and its subsidiaries) and is leaving the business with immediate effect.

THFC has commenced processes to recruit a Chief Risk and Operations Officer and Chief Finance Officer whose responsibilities will include the areas led by David and Julie. In the meantime, their responsibilities will be overseen by existing experienced permanent and interim resources.
