ALPHA AIRPORTS GROUP PLC - DIRECTORATE

We are writing to confirm that following the annual general meeting of ALPHA
Airports Group Plc duly convened and held on 15 June 2000, Mr Stuart Siddall
resigned as Group Finance Director with effect from close of business.

As notified in our announcement of the 2 May 2000, Ms Heather McRae has been
appointed Group Finance Director and Mr Robert Stephenson has been appointed to
the Board with effect from 16 June 2000.  We would confirm that none of the
circumstances contained in rule 16.4 are applicable to Ms McRae or 
Mr Stephenson.
