Ai Claims Solutions PLC (the "Company") today announces the following grants of 
options under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") scheme.

* Either the 2012/13 Adjusted Basic EPS is at least 6.5p or the share price 
(based on average mid market prices derived from the Stock Exchange Daily 
Official List) for the 90 days preceding the preliminary announcement of the 
result for 2012/13 is at least 40.0p.  A 50% vesting of matching shares would 
take place with an Adjusted Basic EPS of 5.0p or share price of 30.0p.  Vesting 
slides on a pro-rata basis between these points.  These options are exercisable 
at a price of GBPnil and subject to a 3 year performance period.
