Commencement of trading on Euronext Growth Dublin

Aquila European Renewables plc ("AER" or "the Company"), the London and Euronext Growth Dublin listed investment company advised by Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH, is pleased to announce the commencement of trading on Euronext Growth Dublin, a market operated by Euronext Dublin.

The entire ordinary share capital consisting of 408,225,705 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 cent each (the "Ordinary Shares") has today been admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Dublin (the "Admission"). The Company has 28,585,392 Ordinary Shares held in treasury and 379,640,313 Ordinary Shares in circulation. The Ordinary Shares in circulation (379,640,313) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Dealings in the Ordinary Shares commenced today at 8.00am on Euronext Growth Dublin.

The Company's ticker on Euronext Growth Dublin is AERI and the Company's ticker on the London Stock Exchange is AERS for the Sterling line and AERI for the Euro line. The ISIN is GB00BK6RLF66.
