Directorate changes

The Directors of All IPO Plc wish to announce the appointment with immediate
effect of Robert Emmet and Robert Clinton (non-executive) as directors and
Christopher Newland as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.   In
addition Jakob Kinde, Frank Dullaghan and Haakon Overli have today stepped down
from their positions as directors in order to pursue their outside business
interests.

Robert Paulin Clinton (aged 65) was formerly head of corporate finance at Greig
Middleton until 2000 where he had been a director since 1986.  Between 1981 and
1984 he was managing director of Butler, Laing & Cruickshank.  He was managing
director of Wimpey Finance Limited between 1977 and 1981, during which time he
was also group treasurer of George Wimpey Limited.  Previously Mr Clinton held
management positions at Charterhouse Japhet (the merchant banking arm of the
Charterhouse Group), British Leyland and the Beecham Group (now
GlaxoSmithKline).  He also sits on the boards of investment trusts Recovery
Trust plc and European Utilities Trust plc, together with the boards of a number
of private companies.

Robert Anthony Bernard Emmet (aged 48) is a chartered accountant who qualified
with Ernst and Young before joining Hoare Govett.  He worked in corporate
finance for a number of years before joining Auspex, a Silicon Valley company
manufacturing high availability fileservers.  Over the last seven years he has
worked in recruitment, and is currently with Edward Hunter Associates Limited,
an executive search consultancy, and is a non-executive director of ADVFN plc.

Christopher Malcolm Haynes Newland (aged 29) is a member of the Securities and
Investment Institute and has been working with All IPO since 2004, initially as
head of IT and latterly in an operational and business generation role.  Mr
Newland was instrumental in setting up the systems and procedures which ensured
the Company smoothly achieved initial FSA approval, variation of FSA permission
to passport its services into other European jurisdictions and membership of the
London Stock Exchange.  Prior to All IPO Mr Newland spent several years in
varied software engineering roles for companies such as Nortel Networks plc.

Information about the current and previous directorships of Messrs Clinton,
Emmet and Newland is given below.  The Company confirms that there are no other
matters requiring disclosure in relation to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
