New IPO Available: Signet Global Fixed Income Strategies Limited



Signet Global Fixed Income Strategies Limited is a Guernsey-registered
closed-ended investment company.  The Company's initial issued share capital
will comprise Shares which will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange  and
traded on the London Stock Exchange plc (quoted on SETSmm). The Shares will be
eligible for settlement through CREST.



The Company is targeting an absolute return of 8 to 12 per cent. per annum over
a rolling 3-year period with an annual standard deviation of under 4.5 per cent.
Whilst there can be no guarantee that these investment objectives will be
achieved, the Signet Global Fixed Income Fund has delivered its targeted
investment returns since the inception of the fund in July 1999.



In September 2006 the Signet Global Fixed Income Fund was voted the best
European single strategy fund of hedge funds of over USD200 million in assets
under management (MARHedge).The MARHedge award criteria comprised two-year
performance; combination and balance of returns and volatility/risk; context of
the performance; downside risk assessment; processes; risk and investment
assessment and control processes; and short due diligence interviews (MARHedge).



It is the intention of the Board that the Company will pay an annual dividend of
not less than one half of total returns, capped at 5 per cent of the NAV at the
commencement of the Accounting Period in which the dividend is declared,
available as cash or scrip. The Shares will qualify for inclusion in Individual
Savings Accounts ("ISAs"), Personal Equity Plans ("PEPs") and Self Invested
Personal Pensions ("SIPPs").
