    ("Hambledon" or the "Company")

    Grant of Share Options

    Hambledon announces the grant today of options over a total of 9,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") to various directors and senior management. All of the options granted pursuant to this announcement are exercisable at a price of
5.88 pence per Ordinary Share, being the mid-market closing price on 26 September 2008. These options have been issued under the Company's
existing unapproved employee share option scheme.
