                    Appointment of David Sebire as Chairman


AeroBox plc is pleased to announce that David Sebire has been appointed as
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company. David has built a long and distinguished
career in numerous public companies, most recently either as Chairman or as a
non-executive director. In particular he brings highly relevant experience to
AeroBox as former Chairman of Bridport plc between 1993 and 1999. Bridport
manufactured cargo restraint systems and became the principal supplier to Boeing
and the sole supplier to Airbus of those products.



Among his other directorships, David is currently a non-executive director of
Highbury House Communications plc and Electra Kingsway VCT plc.



Having guided the Company through its recent admission to AIM and acquisition,
Mike Edelson is standing down from the Board now that the Company is set to move
to the next stage of its development.



Commenting on the appointment, Mike Edelson, who has been Chairman of the
Company since flotation, said:



"It is of great satisfaction to the board that having steered this very
promising company through its market flotation earlier this year, we have been
able to attract a long term Chairman with both a strong public company
background and considerable experience in the aviation cargo business.



"The marketing of the AeroBox container, which is currently out on trial with
airlines, will be given extra impetus from David's appointment. Combined with
the industry experience of our Chief Executive, Bob Bushman, we have developed a
very strong management team."
