TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that on 28 February 2025 the Company repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares through the market at a price of 138 pence per share, representing a significant discount to the Company's net asset value per share at 31 December 2024 of £2.94 (unaudited). The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

There are now 74,671,886 ordinary shares in issue with 8,130,000 shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 66,541,886.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
