materials announces that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting
(AGM) is now available to view on the Company's website at

The documents will today be posted
to shareholders, distributed via the website or emailed based on
shareholders' preferences.
The Company's Annual General Meeting
will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool
Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London, E1 6PW, on Wednesday 25 September
2024 at 1.00 pm (BST). Any changes to the AGM will be communicated
to shareholders via a Regulatory Information Service before the
meeting.
