Fiinu (AIM: BANK), a fintech company, including Fiinu Bank
Limited, creator of the Plugin Overdraft(R), announces that at its
General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority.
General Meeting Proxy Results
Details of the General Meeting proxy results are given below.
Resolution 1 was proposed as an ordinary resolution and Resolution
2 was proposed as a special resolution.
